A high-tech store with a cool brand experience.
Most of the time when customers visit a high tech store they know what they are looking for but they have to decide between brands and models with similar technical specifications. During this seconds of doubt, a technology expert is the one who can advise the customer to make a buying decision. That’s how we came up with “Experts”, the name for this chain of high-tech retail stores.
The name was the point of departure to develope a 360º communication program from visual identity, stationery and merchandising to web site, e-commerce templates, social network and apps. We also were in charge of the interior design for the stores.
Colours into the identity system.
In order to group the different kind of products that Experts has in its catalogue, we developed a colour system to categorize them by: Audio, Video, Cameras, Accesories, Storage, Computers, tablets and Mobile phones.
