As the market leader in Latin America, the company was looking to expand its presence in digital platforms. Based on market research, we discovered that customers were taking photos of their gift cards to easily access the codes from their phones.
To solve this need, we designed a completely new product experience for digital platforms. We started by creating an e-gift card that works seamlessly across different devices. Customers quickly adopted the digital version, and in less than four months, it became the best-selling product in the company. To complement this experience, we designed a version of the e-gift card that can be added to a digital wallet or smartwatch.
